CIS Solutions Return Policy

In case of a purchase made via the website, every consumer has the right to revoke the purchase without incurring a fine or giving a reason within fourteen working days, beginning on the day after reception of the goods or the conclusion of the service agreement.

1. Act on Market Practices and Consumer Protection

We apply the Act on Market Practices and Consumer Protection (WMPC) from April 6, 2010.

2. Right of Revocation for consumer

  1. If you are a consumer and made a purchase via the website, you may revoke your declaration to conclude a sales contract within a period of fourteen days in textual form (e.g. by letter, e-mail, facsimile) without stating a reason or - if you received the ordered goods before the term is ending – by returning the goods. The term commences after the receipt of this revocation instruction in textual form, but not until you have received the goods. The timely dispatch of the revocation or the goods shall be deemed sufficient for compliance with the revocation term. The revocation shall be addressed to:

The Product Returns-Form, which provides a straightforward annulment of the contract, is available in the Customer Services-Section of our websites.

  1. The consumer cannot exercise this right for :

    a) Goods that were bought on sale;
    b) Audio, video and software items downloaded on the site;
    c) Services of which the execution was initiated with consent before the expiration of the stipulated fourteen days;
    d) Merchandise that was manufactured according to the specifications of the consumer;
    e) Audio and video recordings and computer software of which the seal was broken.

  2. The price of the goods will be refunded as soon as the products have been received at CIS Solutions’ address, stated here above. However, CIS solutions is not responsible for any delays or problems regarding the shipment. It is therefore recommended that you use a secure and registered shipping company which requires CIS Solutions to sign upon delivery. The costs that you incur to return the goods are non-refundable.

  3. In the event of effective revocation, the services received by either party shall be returned and any benefits that may have been accrued shall be released. All goods should be returned in their original packaging, without any damage to either the goods or the packaging. If you are unable to return the received benefits or goods either in total or in part or only in deteriorated condition, you shall indemnify CIS Solutions for the loss in value .
    Be aware that this indemnification shall at least be 40% of the product price when the product packaging has been opened (and consequently can not be offered for further sale again) and can run up to 98% of the product price when parts of the documentaion or pieces are missing. Revocation will in all cases be refused if the goods have important usage marks.

  4. Goods capable of being sent by parcel will be on your request collected from you by CIS Solutions or shall be sent back by you. Any transportation or shipping is at the expense and risk of the consumer. Whenever the goods are collected by CIS Solutions, the cost for the collection shall be born by the consumer and shall always include transport insurance. Goods not capable of being sent by parcel will be collected from you by CIS Solutions. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. This time limit begins for you with the dispatch of the revocation of the goods and for CIS Solutions with the receipt of the goods.

  5. A declaration to conclude a sales contract about audio or video recordings or software may only be revoked if the data carriers are sealed. Software, which accompanies hardware, may only be unsealed, if the software is compulsory to inspect the hardware.

3. Return of goods

  1. Products should not be exchanged or returned without the written consent of CIS Solutions, with the exception of the right of revocation for consumers as provided in paragraphe 2 above.

  2. In the event the customer is a consumer and the consumer notifies that the good he recieved, wasn't the product he ordered or when it was damaged upon reception, CIS Solutions shall be contacted within seven days, beginning on the day after reception of the good. After the written consent of CIS Solutions, the good must be send back within seven days after the receiption of written consent. CIS Solution shall replace the good and refund the transportation costs upon receipt of the good.

  3. The handling of complaints regarding visible and hidden defects is treated in the "CIS Solutions - Warranty Policy".
